Map Description: The map of Maine is divided up according to the 6 Committee on Transition service regions. Below is the COT region number, name, and list of counties served by that region.

Region I: BRIDGES Council on Transition -Aroostook county Region II: Downeast Committee on Transition - Washington and Hancock counties

Region III: Penquis - Piscataquis and Penobscot counties

Region IV: Mid-Maine - Somerset, Kennebec, Waldo, Lincoln, Knox and Sagadahoc counties.

Region V: Region V Advisory Council on Transition - Franklin, Oxford and Androscoggin counties

Region VI: Southern Maine - Cumberland and York counties
