    The Service Tapestry is funded, in part, by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, Maternal and Child Health Bureau (Project #D70MC06895). This grant was awarded to the Children with Special Health Care Needs program at the Maine Department of Health and Human Services' Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Project partners include the Maine Support Network, Maine Family Voices and the Maine Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. The Service Tapestry was originally developed with funds from Project MCJ-23HRW1 from the Maternal and Child Health Bureau (Title V, Social Security Act), Health Resources and Services Administration, Department of Health and Human Services by the University of Maine Center for Community Inclusion & Disability Studies.
