Standard Reporting
1. Login to Enter the Batch Tools Area (same as http://www.surveymaine.com/cdchelp/admin/login/index.htm)
2. Access Reporting Functions
A. Click Access Reports
3. Report Administration (click here example)
i) Choose View Type from drop down menu
(1) Specific Question Results
(2) Specific Module Results
ii) Choose Batch from drop down menu
(1) List of batch numbers created by administrator
iii) Choose Module from drop down menu
(1) List of modules chosen for specific batch
iv) Click Access Reports
v) Filtering Report Criteria
(1) Specific Question Results
(a) Choose Question(s) from the list of questions that were available to answer for the batch you have selected by clicking to add a checkmark beside the questions you wish to report on.
(b) Click Generate Report, and wait while report generates (this may be a long period of time)
(c) Report will be broken down by question with:
(i) Question listed
(ii) Question type (in blue)
(d) Responses results totaled (everyone) and broken down by role (Teacher / Staff, Administrator, Student, Parent)
(2) Specific Module Results
(a) Select Response Groups by clicking the appropriate radial button
(i) Everyone, OR
(ii) By role (Teacher / Staff, Administrator, Student, Parent)
(b) Select Calculation Type from the drop down menu
(i) Number of responses to each question
(ii) Mean response value to each question
(c) Select Question Format Type from the drop down menu
(i) Question format types are avaialbe according to module chosen
(d) Select the Question Group by clicking the appropriate radial button
(i) All questions, OR
(ii) Questions consistent with CDC School Health Index , OR
(iii) Questions regarding Tobacco Use Prevention, OR
(iv) Questions regarding the Maine Learning Results
(e) Click Generate Report, and wait while report generates (this may be a long period of time)
(f) Report will be broken down by question, with details presented according to the selections you have made.
